Molina Marketplace Health Insurance - A company that's cheating the system

Molina Marketplace is the worst you can sign to cause: 1. They provide you with lists of doctors and specialists that are contracted but when you call the medical offices you find out There are no specialists that accept Molina Marketplace and 90% of the physicians in the list do not accept the insurance either.

It's a fake insurance company that has no contracted providers. 2. The company is cheating the system, getting billions of dollars from the Affordable Care Act / Government Health Insurance Market Place without providing any health services. 3.

When you call them, their customer service is the biggest joke you have seen. They don't know what they're doing, they lie, they provide you with lists of doctors names that don't accept their insurance, they lie again , again and again.

I've had a bitter experience with Molina Healthcare. My wife had an injury due to work, and ever since she left her job last July, I've been trying so hard to set up for a neurologist.

At first, she was referred to an Ortho Surgeon instead of an Orthopedist who did her nothing. All information sent by Molina Healthcare, both online and on phone, were misleading. Phone numbers for proposed neurologists were either out of service or relevant to specialists who were reluctant to accept the Molina health plans. My fingers are crossed just watching my wife's physical and psychological deteriorating.

The proceedings for scheduling appointments were so complicated and lengthy especially when specialists required referrals and I often got lost between my PCP and the specialists. I was told repeatedly by the specialists that they had not received the referrals while my PCP insisted that he had sent it several days ago.
